- Clearly label the package with the RA number provided.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, excluding any shipping fees.
